  I signed up to Cloud bookkeeping because that's what my new accountant advised. Everything was fine to start, some teething problems such as the bookkeeper going on holiday right at the end of the financial year which seems an odd time, and I didn't get her email telling me she would be gone and it created a lot of stress, as well as customers being added to the system twice by the bookkeeper which caused problems with invoices on one account and credit notes on another. After a few months I was passed over to another bookkeeper who only worked 2 days a week and often wouldn't respond to emails on those two days. Some of my queries took 2 weeks to be answered, while I had customers waiting. After two months of this I was told she'd left and no one was looking after my books any more. I got absolutely no notice. There are now odd amounts of money 'locked' on the system with no way for me to unlock them to clear them.
